Business Unit Manager - Aesthetic

Position Overview:

The Aesthetic Business Unit Manager for Malaysia & Singapore will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of A. Menarini in this cluster. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and strategize the company's business activities, establish a strong market presence, and drive revenue growth while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning, Development & Growth:
  • Strategic business planning, launch preparation and launch excellence.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets for expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Leads the execution and monitoring of all marketing initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the business strategy.
  • Sales and Revenue Management:
  • Lead the Aesthetic key account team, setting and achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Key account planning and investment to maximize revenue.
  • Full ownership of marketing spends in Aesthetic and P&L management in business sustainability.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team by providing guidance, coaching, and support in sales and marketing activities.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Implement risk management strategies to protect the business and its assets.

Strategic Planning:

  • Work with senior management to set clear long-term and short-term business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet those objectives.

Role Requirements:

  • 5 years of proven experience in Aesthetic business, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Marketing experience is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Aesthetic business in Malaysia & Singapore.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and budget management.
  • Results-oriented and highly motivated.
