POSITION SUMMARY
Develop & manage brand strategy to enhance brand awareness, maintain brand positioning, and support to achieve the target sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitoring, analysis and evaluate the implementation of brand strategy and marketing plan.
- Create communication and marketing plan for brand.
- Analyse market data, competitor activities sales and distribution data to identify business threats, opportunity in the market to develop action plan/improvement.
- Take an active role in managing and monitoring A&M spending and coordinate with finance.
- Coordinating promotional activities & events in all markets and channels
- Work with internal and external parties to ensure the implementation and execution of marketing 4Ps.
- Familiarity with digital and social media marketing is a must
- Willing to travel frequently
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree from reputable national/international university.
- Fluent in both oral and written English is A MUST (equal to min TOEFL 550)
- Minimum ± 3 years’ experience in the field of marketing or marketing support agencies i.e. digital, media, creative.
- Have experience in managing consumer or OTC brands in FMCG or Pharma company or handling FMCG or Pharma clients if from agency.
- Computer/Digital literate.
- Positive attitude, dynamic personality, active person.
- Assertive and broad-minded
- Independently as well as a good team player.
- Good communications and presentation skill.
