Menarini Asia-Pacific (formerly known as the Invida Group) was originally formed in 2005 by a strategic partnership of Quintiles Inc., Temasek Holdings and the Zuellig Group.
In November 2011, Italy's largest pharmaceutical company, Menarini Group, acquired the Invida Group in a strategic move that leveraged each company's strengths and created synergies between the two organisations. To leverage a single, global unified brand, Invida was rebranded Menarini Asia-Pacific in December 2012.
Menarini Asia-Pacific carries with it the history, relationships and strong track record of its global partners.
